FOOD BOOTH

At the 2025 Harrison Japanese Festival, our food booth will follow the theme of “Taste the Culture of Japan.” Our goal is to offer visitors an opportunity to experience authentic Japanese culture through traditional dishes such as takoyaki, matcha, and yakisoba—foods that have been cherished and passed down for generations in Japan. While we are surrounded by familiar American favorites like pizza, hamburgers, and hot dogs in our daily lives, this festival allows people—whether new to Japanese culture or born and raised in Japan—to savor the unique flavors of Japan. Through cuisine prepared by Japanese food professionals, we hope to create an experience that makes everyone feel as if they’ve stepped into Japan for a moment.
